Consultations at Odio Mimonet are categorized as follows
CATEGORY A CONSULTATION: NG 35,000 fee. The customer is ordering from Odio Mimonetās current collection of styles. This fee will not be deducted from your final bill. Designs and colours chosen during the consultation are binding and cannot be changed after the consultation.

CATEGORY B CONSULTATION: NGN 55,000 fee. The customer is requesting a customized outfit. This fee will not be deducted from your final bill.

CATEGORY C CONSULTATION (BRIDAL) : NGN 125,000. The customer is requesting a customized bridal outfit and will meet with the head designer. This fee is deductible from your final bill.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations at Odio Mimonet are held to ensure that the creative director andĀ design team gets all necessary details from the client and guide the client towards choosing a befitting design and colour for the client. In the case where a new design is to be created for the client, the consultation helps the creative director to properly understand the wants and needs of the client. This will help the creative director to translate these wants and needs into custom designs and outfits for the client.

Consultations are usually between the client, creative director and the design team.In a situation where the client is a couple and wish to wear matching outfits, they are advised to come together for the consultation.

ADHERENCE TO TIME
Kindly note that consultation slots are to be strictly adhered to; if you arrive beyond 20 minutes into your allotted slot, we are unable to guarantee that the consultation will take place. Therefore, we strongly urge that you contact us well in advance if you are running late for your consultation.

RESCHEDULING
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a later date, we require a 24 hour notice period.

MEASUREMENTS
In the case that you are unable to come in for final measurements, you will be sent an Odio Mimonet Measurement Form. We recommend that you seek the help of a professional to take the measurements.

By requesting to use our Measurement Form, you are agreeing that Odio Mimonet will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate measurements being provided.

FITTINGS
We recommend that each customer make themselves available within the course of two weeks for a minimum of two fittings before your event date. Your fitting could be scheduled up to a month before the event. Fittings are imperative and in line with best practice, as well as a crucial part of ensuring the fit and quality of our product. If for any reason you choose to forgo your fitting/s, we cannot take responsibility for any discrepancies in the fit of your item/s.

AFFIRMATION
On booking a consultation, it is assumed that you have reviewed and approved the details provided by you on the consultation form
It is understood that no changes can be made to the details agreed upon after this consultation. It is also understood and confirmed that all information pertaining to the customer that may affect the fit of the Item, such as pregnancy or intention to lose weight, has been disclosed. It has been noted and understood that in order for production to commence; full payment of the requested item/s is required.
