Custom orders are available by consultation only. To begin your custom order, please book a paid consultation with our design team. During the consultation, we will discuss your design requirements, measurements, timeline, and pricing. Production will commence once your order has been confirmed and the required

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you; please allow additional time for production. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver within Nigeria and internationally. Delivery timelines and charges are confirmed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.

Alteration services are available for eligible Odio Mimonet garments and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Odio Mimonet is happy to alter the length of your garment at no additional cost.

Alteration fees may apply depending on the requested adjustment. Please contact our Client Services team to arrange an assessment before sending or bringing in your garment.

Repair services are available for eligible Odio Mimonet garments within 7 days of purchase and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Please contact our Client Services team with photographs and a description of the issue before sending any item.

Each Odio Mimonet piece is made with care. We recommend dry cleaning only, and storing garments on padded hangers away from direct sunlight.
