Returns Policy

Odio Mimonet does not accept unsolicited returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact us via WhatsApp with photographic evidence and a written description of the issue and we will assess on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted where the client is exchanging for a different size or a different style of equivalent or higher value. We will gladly accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 5 business days of the delivery date. Exchange merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as delivered. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above requirements.

International exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be charged to the client prior to dispatch of the new item.

Odio Mimonet does not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit.

Nigerian Exchanges

Exchanges can be processed in store or by dispatch. If exchanging by dispatch, please note that re-delivery charges are at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and work with you toward a suitable resolution.

The following are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

  • All sale merchandise, including items purchased during VIP early access to sale promotions
  • All made-to-order and custom orders
  • Any items explicitly marked as final sale at the point of purchase
